How do I delete my account?
You can delete your Ververica Academy account via the following steps:
- Navigate to the “Profile Settings”
- Click “Delete my account” button
- Confirm action by clicking button in confirmation email
Deletion of a Ververica Academy account will take place immediately. After you have deleted your account, it is no longer possible for us to retrieve your documents or data.
How do I unsubscribe from Ververica Academy marketing emails?
Unsubscription is possible at any time, independently of whether the newsletter was sent based on consent or based on our legitimate interest in direct marketing, e.g. by using a link at the end of each newsletter. As an alternative, you may also send your unsubscription request to us at any time by email to: email@example.com.

Why do I need to create a Learner Account?
Ververica has a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage our customers’ training. For the best experience, we associate all of your past and current Ververica training and certifications with a single account. For this reason, you must create an account in order to access Ververica Academy.
Can I have a hard copy of my certificate mailed to me?
Unfortunately we cannot email hard copies of certificates. Please go to your Credly account to see the digital badges you have earned. We use this website because it is the best way to maintain verifiable, authentic credentials. You can share digital badges as proof of certification.
I found a typo/mistake in the course material. How can I submit this feedback to Ververica Academy?
We welcome your feedback. If you find a typo/mistake in the course material, the best way to let us know is by filling out the end-of-course survey with detailed feedback about what is wrong.
